Please make us aware prior to the delivery of where the items can be placed, rear or front entrance. Also we need to be informed about large amount of stairs or hills. We also need to be informed about pets of any kind. Renters must pay full price for missing material, vandalism, misuse or abuse of equipment. Our equipment is rented on a day-to-day contract unless we are offering a special.

We service Henry and surrounding counties. Our delivery charges are free within 15 mi of the company, otherwise $35 round trip. We also service Gwinnett county, Grayson, Snellville, Lawrenceville, and Loganville $50 round trip. Lilburn, Duluth, $55 round trip. Dacula, Sugar Hill, Buford, $60 round trip.  

We at Rentals for Special Occasions  encourages customers to give as much notice as possible for large events such as weddings or anniversaries. All tents can only be set up on level ground. We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders.  All orders are based on first come first served, availability, and distance of travel. We do not set up tents in high winds, rain , thunderstorms. Please make sure the forecast is accommodating. 

We rent tents of different colors and sizes. All tents require a 50% deposit . All tents are first come first serve, all tents come with a fire extinguisher.

 Please call for pricing on all items. We are running Specials for the holidays. We carry tents that are portable and that are  not portable. We rent chairs, and tablecloths  that come  in many colors and textures, we can accommodate your budget. We can order specific items within 7 days with a deposit, AFTER TWO DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
